Return Policy:
All of my artwork is custom made-to-order to meet your selected specifications. Your artwork is final sale and non-returnable.

Damaged or Flawed Items:
If there is something wrong with your artwork rest assured we'll make it right. If you've received an item that is damaged or flawed, let my team know and we'll replace it for you right away and take care of all shipping costs. Please contact us at info@jdwphotoart.com to report an issue with any item.
To help expedite the process please include the following information:
1. Your order number
2. A brief description of the problem
3. A photo illustrating the issue

Shipping & Rates:
My team and I take great pride in crafting your art piece, and we go to great length to make sure each order gets to you safely. All artwork is packaged securely and shipped via FEDEX Ground service. Transit times vary by region and range from 1 to 5 business days. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the production lead time of your item(s) and your ship to location. Please note that there some products that cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Production Lead Times:
We pride ourselves on quality, consistency and on time delivery. Occasionally, there may be factors (special requests, vendor stock, back ordered materials, and high production volume) that might cause an order to be delayed. We rarely miss our delivery times however they are not guaranteed and do not include weekends, Holidays or transit times. Set deadlines must be submitted at the time of order so we can best accommodate.
